Website Builds

“My website looks like it’s from 2014 and converts like it too.”

The most common entry point. Most hotel websites aren't websites, they're brochures. They don't convert direct bookings, they don't tell the property's actual story, and they're impossible to update without calling a freelancer.

We rebuild on platforms you can actually own and edit (Framer, Webflow, depending on the use case). Conversion-optimised. Integrated with your booking engine. Photography curated. Copy written for the actual guest, not the procurement team.

Discovery, competitive audit, brand positioning, guest journey mapping

Build, design + development with conversion at the centre, not the edge

Integration, booking engine, CRM, analytics, marketing tools all talking to each other

Launch, content migration, SEO setup, redirects, performance optimisation

Optional ongoing, quarterly conversion reviews, A/B testing, content updates

Category 02

Stack & Systems

“My PMS doesn’t talk to my CRM, and half our systems still don’t talk to each other.”

The plumbing that runs your hotel. RMS configuration, integrations between systems that should always have been talking, vendor selection when you're picking between three options that all promise the moon. AI used where it earns its place, not because the deck said so.

Vendor-neutral, always. We don't take commissions from anyone in your stack. We tell you when a vendor is right for you and when a cheaper one would do exactly the same job.

RMS setup, configuration, rate strategy, forecasting, BAR/LOS rules

Integrations. API connections between PMS, RMS, CRS, CRM, channel manager, BI tools

Vendor selection. RFP design, vendor shortlisting, commercial negotiation

AI deployment, sweep automation, content scoring, vendor benchmarking, used where it actually compounds

Stack audit, neutral review of every tool you're paying for, what to keep, what to cut

Project Work

“I have a one-off thing that needs senior hands. I don’t need an ongoing relationship.”

Defined-scope strategic project work for one-off initiatives that don't fit the audit or the advisor mould. Pre-acquisition due diligence on a property's commercial stack. A specific OTA performance recovery. A 90-day intervention before a refurb completes.

Scope is defined upfront. Deliverables are defined upfront. Timeline is defined upfront. We start when scope is signed and finish when deliverables are accepted. Clean engagement, clean exit.

Pre-acquisition due diligence, commercial stack review before you buy or invest

OTA performance recovery, focused 60-day sprint on channel performance

Pre-launch commercial setup, get the stack ready before doors open

Crisis intervention, when something broke and you need senior hands now

Custom strategic projects, scoped against what you actually need

HOW WE ENGAGE

Defined scope. Defined deliverables. Defined timeline.

Build & handover

We ship the work, walk you through it on a recorded call, and leave you with documentation. Done means done.

Vendor-Neutral, Always

We don't take vendor commissions. Ever.

Most hospitality consultancies take referral fees from the vendors they recommend. Fourth Key doesn't. Not as a marketing claim, as a structural rule. If a cheaper tool does the job, we'll tell you. If your current vendor is fine, we'll tell you that too.

Our revenue comes from the work we do for you. That's the only relationship that needs to exist between us. It's why our vendor recommendations are worth something, they're the recommendations we'd make if we owned your hotel.

This applies to website platforms, RMS providers, channel managers, CRM tools, AI vendors, and everything else in the stack.

Got something specific to build? Let's scope it.

A 30-minute scoping call. We'll talk through what you need, what success looks like, and whether we're the right team for it.
